Study description

TCRβ-sequencing was performed on buffy-coat-derived DNA from 232 renal cell carcinoma patients (132 discovery and 100 independent validation samples). Samples were collected from the Bio- and Genome Bank, Denmark (RBGB) during 2011 and 2020. Libraries were prepared from up to 3,000-5,000 ng of DNA using the Cellecta DriverMap AIR TCR-BCR Profiling Kit (Human DNA) and sequenced paired-end on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 using S1, S2, or S4 flow cells. Base call files were converted to fastq and demultiplexed by index sequence using bcl2fastq. Data contains fastq files.
